Authentic wholesome Mexican food. We love this place! The food is clean and never upsets my gentle stomach. The tortillas are handmade and so amazing! I dont understand all these negative reviews. We have got to know the owners and staff and LOVE THEM ALL! This is a family owned business and we love the food and people!

I've had El Mariachi food twice now: once for catering which was great, 5 stars, and once for dinner, not so great. What I liked about the catering was not greasy or overly spicy, but still flavorful.
The eat in experience was different, really small portions to the fajitas with too much filler onions. Very few, like less than a tablespoon of guacamole, instead of the heaping sides you get in most places.
All in all, an okay place, nothing to rave about and sort of skimpy portions. -

First timer. My experience was good no complaints. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The establishment is very clean which is always a plus. One of the things That stuck out to me most and I want applaud and show my appreciation is they do not over serve. The chips and salsa were perfect for a table of one. The side of tortillas were two. So I really love the fast that they keep the amount of wasted food down.
I wasn't too adventurous with my food choice because I woke up with the strongest craving for menudo. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best I've had but it wasn't bad either. The hominy and beef tripe were cooked perfectly. The only issue I had was the juice was on the thick side. But overall it was ok. Now the biggest plus is they do make good size homemade tortillas!!! Yum! -

I placed a take out order on a Sunday evening here. The staff and manager were very friendly and accommodating, especially for a request to make a burrito bowl which they don't have on their menu but made one for me. My order was ready in about 8-10 min. I had ordered a Chile verde burrito for myself along with another burrito and the burrito bowl for my family members. What I didn't care for was the potatoes in my burrito. Not only was it surprising to find them in there when I was just expecting chile verde, beans, rice and cheese; but the potatoes pieces were HUGE! No joke! One piece in my burrito was about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 an inch thick. If I come back again, I will make sure to tell them no potatoes in my burrito. Potatoes were not listed on the burritos for their menu so it really caught me off guard.

Has the best giant burrito challenge in Fresno! I enjoy walking in to a hall of fame wall, though of mostly people who lost with a meter showing how much they ate. Funny thing to see, as for food.
Salsa really good, chips are meh.
Tacos are decent but lack proper composure and are too wet with sauce.
Recommend the grilled chicken super burrito, never had such tender white meat chicken in a burrito done so perfectly.
Fresh tortillas with the fajitas are another great option here.
Atmosphere is relaxed and feels cozy, with plenty of things to catch your attention.
